I am not receiving any library notices through email (pickup notices, overdues).
Answer
- First check your email address by logging into "My Library Account."
- You can correct or change your email address by clicking on the "Modify Personal Info" button.
- Once you have verified that your email account is correct, make sure your mailbox settings to makeSpam blocker is turned off and that you check your spam or junk mail folder. If the library notices are going there, add the email notice address to your accept or safe list.
- You may also want to add an additional email account to your records as a precaution. Add your email in this format: "student@alliant.edu,patron@yahoo.com" Use just a comma with no spaces between the email addresses.
