How do I find a qualitative or quantitative study from a journal article?

Answer

On the library home page, click the Article Search tab above the main search box. Log in if prompted.

At the EBSCO search screen, set up the search as shown below. For purposes of this example, say that we want a qualitative article about crisis intervention in an education setting.

At the list of results, you may also want to use the limiters along the left side of the screen. The most useful limiters are Full Text, Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals, and Publication Date.
